• Availability of books on the OakBooks website may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time; each product undergoes review before publication and can be rejected or accepted.
• Once a seller’s product is published on OakBooks, the price cannot be altered.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Card
• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• Instant EFT or Payment Gateways (e.g., PayFast, PayGate, Yoco)

Your order will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed. Payments are securely held in a protected digital wallet and released to the seller’s bank account once the book has been successfully collected.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

• The main assigned drop-off zone is provided on the website, but sellers may designate their own drop-off points. This will be described when selling the book to ensure accessibility for the buyer.
• Risk passes to you once the package is delivered to your provided address.
• All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges apply unless serious issues arise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and software—is the intellectual property of OakBooks or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Site without prior written permission.
